One of the great benefits of being a dad is watching your kids experience new things. It it even more exciting when you get to experience it with them. As our oldest son, Anthony, reaches middle school (I'm getting old), we are able to do lots of new things together.
This summer, we have begun golfing together. There's this great little course about 30 minutes from our house which readily welcomes kids. The downside is that there are lots of "fours" and taking cover.
I really enjoy spending time with my kids. Right now, I'm going to grab my bible, read a little, and pray. I know God enjoys spending time with His kid too.
