My health program is going well. I'm eating 6 times a day and getting healthy. There have been no major pitfalls yet. For those who track measurable goals, I'm down 20 pounds in a little more than 2 weeks. That means I'm on pace for my 40 pounds in 6 weeks goal.
Here's the thing... I realized that this program is working because I am keeping my metabolism up by eating a bunch of times through the day and making sure only good stuff gets in. The result is a heathier me.
So how is my spiritual metabolism? I have now put a system in place for that too. Regular times in the Word and prayer throughout the day. And, making sure only the healthy stuff is getting in (Philippians 4:8).
